After years of testing different jockey wheels, from carbon fibre and 3d printed titanium, to all the various aluminium designs, we settled with this design for the following reasons:

1. it sheds mud, water and chain build-up better than any other design we have tested (plastic jockey wheels do the exact opposite and keep the crud contaminating the chain
2. Its stuff and strong without being solid, and so has the best shift / noise characteristics of any oversize jockey wheel we have tested
3. It has a great narrow-wide design that works with all the chains we have tested
4. it is available in most standard narrow-wide sizes: 12t, 14t and 16t
5. We use gold as it looks better with the longer lasting gold finish on steel chains and of course matches… your bike is not a christmas tree 🙂
